The oil, in numbers

Extra virgin olive oil is at its freshest in the months after the harvest. We sell only this season's oil.

Olio nuovo means new oil. It comes from the 2026 harvest, not from last year's stock.

5 L and 3 L tins keep out the light, and are easy to handle and store on the line.

The oil leaves the mill in Italy and goes to your forwarder, with no warehouse in between.
